No progress. Was informed that I might really need to wait for up to 3 weeks for the laptop. I can’t believe that I paid so much for this laptop and had to wait.

It better be GOOD, else I’ll top their list on the call centre in the first week or month.

Seriously Messenger team…. SOLVE THIS IRRITATING MESSAGE!

Please have it stored and forwarded automatically like how our phone SMS system does (HINT: use the offline message system already in place), or simply cache it locally on our client program and keep trying periodically and repeatedly to send this message across (like skype). PLEASE!!!!!!

I don’t really care much about the “new” #$%^$%%$& features in the latest messenger beta when this shit still lingers on.

Thanks. I just had to bitch, sorry.

STILL work in progress.

And the Estimated Delivery Date slipped further to 13 Oct 2008.

Dell salesperson say shortage of spare parts hence the delay. Getting impatient.

It’s just like the estimated date for E4300 and E4200: 16 Sept, well over 10 days later today, it is still listed as coming soon. Dell needs to better estimate their time. Customers are impatient pricks.

Dell, if you cannot deliver on time, then make the estimate longer. We will be more pissed if the estimated date is missed as compared to a longer estimated date.

Quoted from this article on CNA.

“All problem products have been banned from our stores,” an executive at Jian-Mart, a popular supermarket chain, told AFP.

Jian Mart translated into chinese: 奸商

Now we know why there is a problem….
